To set an appointment, please call us at 228-369-7695 or visit us in our downtown Pascagoula office. Please note that our office is open Monday through Thursday from 9:00 am - 12:00 pm, 2:00 pm - 5:00 pm. If your call is not answered, please leave a voice message, and you will receive a call back within the next two (2) business days.

Fridays are used for the attorney and staff to move cases forward; therefore, Friday appointments are unavailable unless absolutely necessary and approved by the attorney.

All initial and follow-up consultations require advance payment* of the $50.00** consultation fee to hold your time on the attorney’s calendar. The consultation is an opportunity for the attorney to advise the client and determine whether the attorney can take the case or not. A consultation does not automatically mean that the attorney will take your case.

If you hire the attorney within 30 days of the consultation, the consultation fee is applied toward your total balance.

**Consultation fees for probate cases are $100 for a 1-hour meeting as opposed to the regular $50 30-minute meeting.
