Fees

This office offers a variety of legal services, and we are happy to offer many of these services for a flat fee so that current and potential clients know how much money these vital services are going to cost them. Some of our services cannot be offered at a flat rate based on the complexity of the issue, but potential clients can still see the attorney’s hourly rate for all legal services below.

Consultations - $75 for a 30-minute consultation (effective May 7, 2026)

*Probate and Estate Administration Consultations - $150, 1-hour meeting (this is a detailed meeting, and the attorney will require potential clients to complete a probate intake form prior to the appointment and bring along documents, such as the deceased’s Last Will & Testament, bills, certificates of title, etc.) (effective May 7, 2026)

*Current Hourly Rate - $240/hour (effective May 7, 2026)

*Attorney will charge for mileage for any travel outside of Jackson County, Harrison County, and George County.
