Allow Me to Reintroduce Myself

Hello! My name is Kiara Taite, and I am the Owner and Managing Attorney of the Law Office of Kiara A. Taite, PLLC. My office is based in Moss Point, Mississippi, and I am happy to serve the Mississippi Gulf Coast and surrounding areas.  

I opened this law practice as a part-time venture in February 2021 while I was working full-time at a wonderful Mississippi non-profit. After a few months, I realized that I loved running the private practice and working with clients of my own, and I decided to begin transitioning to a full-time private practice.

The services I offer are all centered around helping my clients to create, protect, and preserve their legacies. We spend so much of our lives building…building our families, businesses, nest eggs, homes, careers, reputations, etc. All these things make up the legacies we will one day leave behind for our loved ones and communities, and I want to help you navigate the legal systems that you’re likely to run into while you’re busy building and creating.    

Through my practice, I am offering legal representation for a variety of issues:

·      Uncontested Divorces, Uncontested Child Custody and Child Support Modification

Because I strongly believe in individual and family budgeting, I will soon post a “starting” price list that will give potential clients an idea of how much a particular service will cost.  

In addition to legal representation, I will also provide legal information (not legal advice) through monthly blog posts, quick tips on social media, and virtual and in-person seminars for the local community. My first webinar is scheduled for later this month!
