WILL-BASED ESTATE PLANS

In celebration of five years since The Law Office of Kiara A. Taite, PLLC opened its doors as a full-time law office, we are offering our Will-based estate plans at the original price from 2021 - $500 for a full plan that includes a Last Will & Testament, Power of Attorney, and Advance Healthcare Directive.

This special pricing is limited to from November 2, 2026 - January 31, 2027. You must set your appointment using the scheduler below, you will then receive a payment request via email for $500, which must be paid within 24 hours to confirm your appointment. The fee will be deposited into the Attorney’s Client Trust Account and is not earned until the time of your scheduled appointment. On the date of your appointment, you will discuss your plan with the Attorney, who will prepare your estate documents and make sure they are properly executed. You will need to bring at least one (1) person to the appointment with you who can serve as a witness (cannot be a close relative or someone who will be named in your Will).
